Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Marinate the chicken in olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
